  I would definitely stay here again. Nice, outgoing,friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms. Well stocked and what we didn't have we just had to ask.

  We will never stay at this place ever ever again. The staff here were extremely rude. We stayed here as a hockey team. The girl on evening shift swore at our kids, at us and even called the cops on us. All because we were up past 11pm and drinking. We were expected to go to bed, like actually go to sleep! As a hockey team we believe in team building and that means kids and parents all getting together telling stories and having a good time. And yes when you get a team together in one room it does get loud. We never got any warnings until 12:30 and she just went straight to calling the cops. Not once did anyone come to tell us our kids were misbehaving and yet in the morning the girl said she did several of times and never once swore at our kids. She even gave them the finger. In 17 years of hockey and hotels I have never incountered such rude behaviour from staff. When the cops came to our room they simply asked us to be quiet and have a good time. Even told us not to worry about “her”. Fist pumped one of our parents and went on their way. I had to give 1 star cause otherwise it wouldn’t let me post this. I give this place a minus 5 stars!

  Good place to stay at if you are going to Killarney or the neighbouring regions. It smells a little weird though. But not bad enough to look past it and enjoy your stay

  Clean large rooms. Amazing staff. Had a very good sleep. Lots of hot water. Will stay again.

  I had the best sleep on the road at this place to date! It was really quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Will definitely stay again if in the area!
